8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday
7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Friday

Our answering service is available when our office is closed.

All aesthetic and cosmetic surgeries (those not submitted for insurance) will be paid in full one (1) week in advance of the surgery. We accept cash or check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover Card. We also offer patient financing through CareCredit.

We accept most insurance plans. (Please note that insurance frequently does not cover purely elective procedures. To determine whether your insurance may cover the procedure you are considering, consult your insurance carrier.)
